Once we have checked the details we will send you an order acknowledgement. Please check this carefully and let us know immediately if any details are wrong. Due to the variety and size of products we offer, we prefer to check orders in this way rather than have a full on-line ordering system.

Prices and Availability

Please be aware that availability and size of plants - and therefore prices too - are changing constantly and while those listed in our catalogues and on this site are a good guide, it is best to contact the office for the latest information.

Delivery

Our method of delivery will depend on the type of products, size of order and the delivery address. We always endeavour to meet the delivery dates described on the order acknowledgement. This will often indicate delivery during a particular week and we will normally contact you beforehand to agree a specific date. For deliveries by our own trucks we are able to be fairly specific about date and time. However for orders to be delivered by our carrier company we can only normally give a date.
